Return & Exchange Policy

At Bagicha, each piece is carefully curated with attention to quality, craftsmanship, and detail. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to assist you.

Exchanges

We offer a one time size exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange:
• Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery
• Share your order number and required size

Exchange Conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
• Items with perfume scent, makeup stains, marks, or signs of wear will not be accepted
• Sale items, discounted items, customized orders, accessories, and gift cards are non exchangeable

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent by Bagicha.


Returns

Returns are only applicable in cases where:
• The item received is damaged
• The incorrect item was delivered
• A manufacturing defect is present

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us immediately if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect so our team can resolve the issue promptly.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Bagicha reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Bagicha is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
